This breathtaking young stallion, Fausto SA Z, is destined for greatness, with some big shoes to fill! He boasts a proven damline producing many top-level performers, combined with one of the most celebrated sires in showjumping history. Fausto SA Z is beautifully put together, with correct conformation, strong legs, and not lastly, a wonderful character – qualities that come from both sides of his exceptional pedigree.

His dam, China Touch Hero (1.40m), shone early in her career, winning the final for 6-year-old horses in Hardelot with Jérome Guéry. As a broodmare, she has been outstanding, producing top jumpers with various sires. Among her progeny are Akarad Hero Z (1.60m), a CSI5* GCL contender and one of Pieter Clemens’ best horses, Jaguar de Tiji (1.50m), ridden by Janika Sprunger, and Espirit de la Roque (1.50m). She is also the dam of Sea Coast Don’t Touch Tiji Hero (1.45m), ridden by Olympian Aleksandr Onyshchenko. Beyond her own offspring, China Touch is the granddam of the promising Zangersheide stallion Dourkhan Hero Z (1.60m) and Inoui du Seigneur (1.60m), both competing at the highest level. Her strong lineage has made China Touch a commercial success; a Balou du Reventon foal out of her was sold for €46,000 at the Zangersheide Quality Auction of Foals, and the upcoming stallion Devil 2000 Z by Dominator fetched quite an impressive €190,000!

On the sire side, Fausto SA Z is by the legendary For Pleasure (1.60m), aptly titled "Horse of the Century." With lifetime earnings exceeding €1.8 million, For Pleasure secured four team gold medals for Germany – two at the Olympics and two at the European Championships. His offspring have followed in his footsteps, with four of them winning medals in show jumping at the 2016 Rio Olympics.
