ABOUT

Goya emerges as a direct offspring of none other than Usha van't Roosakker (1.50m), widely regarded as one of the most renowned broodmares in the world. She boasts an extraordinary pedigree, being the sister of four illustrious 5* Grand Prix horses, including the celebrated Babbe van't Roosakker (1.60m), a victorious Grand Prix champion. Furthermore, Goya herself has proven to be an exceptional dam, having produced three offspring who have excelled in the demanding realm of international 5* Grand Prix competitions. Additionally, she shares a full sibling bond with George Z (1.50m), an esteemed figure hailed as the "breeding miracle" of the esteemed Stephex Stables.

Goya's commercial appeal shines radiantly, evidenced by the recent auction results of her progeny. Her daughter, Capellini Pommex Z, fetched an impressive €66,700, attesting to Goya's undeniable value. Moreover, even in the role of a granddam, Goya's influence remains potent, as demonstrated by the notable sales of Domino Effect T40 Z, a young foal sold for €40,000, and Eastcoast Pommex Z, which commanded a price of €48,000.

Simply Penelope Leprovost description of Mylord Carthago as "the horse of a lifetime, the horse of my heart" will have you decide in favour of the stallion. He was a finalist at the Lanaken World Championship as a four-, five-, and six-year-old, and finished 4th as a seven-year-old. Among many of his successes, then he was a finalist at the 2004 World Cup, competed at the 2012 London Olympic Games, won numerous CSI5* Grand Prix, became third in the 2009 London Olympia World Cup Qualifier, and much more. His dam line is one of the best the Selle Français has to offer, proudly carrying Fragrance de Chalus as his dam. No need to tell, that many of his offsprings are already 1.60m performers, including Atome des Etisses (1.60m) CSI5* St. Tropez winner.

The winner combination that just doesn't exist yet!
